Recruitment Process (NTS / Approved Source)

  • Assist client for application of EDB / SPRING / MOM prior approval
  • Source for candidates with accordance to client’s specifications & requirements
  • Conduct preliminary screenings, tests and interviews
  • Arrangement for final interview and selection by client in the country of origin
  • Application for passes, medical check-up, security bond etc
  • Arrangement for arrival of the selected candidates
  • Conduct orientation programmes for the candidates upon arrival
  • Post recruitment follow up to help candidates settle down in the new environment

  • Received confirmation order from client
  • Sourcing of qualified candidates
  • Interview & screening of candidates by our dedicated Consultants
  • Forward qualified candidates’ resume to client
  • Arrange interview appointment with client upon confirmation from client
  • Follow up with commencement date for selected candidate
  • Follow up with selected candidate monthly after commencement of work
